There are a couple of bank holidays coming up in the next few weeks (this week & w/c May 6th), which affects our packing and delivery/collection schedules. Check out the intineraries here. This week’s deliveries and collections have been shifted to Thursday (instead of Wednesday).
We were very excited to see in the year’s first delivery of British-grown tomatoes from The Tomato Stall on the sunny Isle of Wight last week. These are some of the tastiest tomatoes we can get our hands on and we look forward to them every year! The Tomato Stall started in 2007, though tomatoes have been growing in the Arreton Valley, where they are based, for over 30 years. The cocktail vine tomatoes feature in this week’s supplementary veg bags. Check out The Tomato Stall’s Instagram feed to marvel in the beauty of tomatoes.
On Tuesday, April 30th, Fresh Green Clean are hosting a natural cleaning workshop in the cafe from 5.30pm to 7.30pm. Tickets are £30 and are available to buy from Susan directly. More information here.
