Hello Folks,

It’s been another week of adjusting to our new space in Bellahouston park! Our newly expanded veg box team is hard at work ironing out all the creases to make the transition as smooth as possible. We’ll be introducing ourselves to you over the next few weeks, so watch this space.

As the weather gets colder, it’s a great time for cooking, and this week’s veg boxes are teeming with potential. Will you make a creamy cauliflower cheese, stuff the harlequin squash with something spiced and cinnamonny, or turn that end-of-season parsley into a fresh, tasty tabboleh? Let us know what you come up with, as we’re always impressed by your creativity.

Personally, we’re all very excited to see delicious, versatile leeks in every veg box this week, and we’ll be posting a favourite leek recipe on the Locavore website tomorrow.
